You will immediately receive an email confirmation with your order confirmation. Our staff will review your order, and promptly follow-up with any questions. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an art proof. After you approve the art, your order is produced and shipped!
Generally speaking, the higher the resolution the better. Illustrator or EPS files are ideal. If you don't have those, send what you can. We will make sure your order is perfect.
We guarantee the correct product will be delivered with the correct logo (as approved). We also guarantee the products to work as intended and to be free from defects. If a product is damaged in shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Â
We assume we will decorate your item with a specific PMS color. If your logo does not have one, we will select the closest color available. Some products have decoration limitations regarding PMS colors. If this occurs, we will notify you during the proofing process.
Turn-around times are a combination of the item, the decoration it will receive, and the shipping method selected. The first question we will ask is "when do you need these in-hand"? We then work backwards given the shipping location, item selected and the decoration method. Â
We accept all major credit cards, ACH payments and wire transfers. Some orders may require specific payment methods (wire transfers for international orders).
This can happen if a product is damaged in shipping, or on back-order. In either case, you will only pay for the items you receive.
